Title: Marketing Analyst

The Position:
We are seeking a dynamic Marketing Analyst who wants to develop their career in B2B marketing within the food, beverage, and nutraceutical industry. The ideal candidate is resourceful, creative, and energetic, demonstrating exceptional critical thinking skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently. The Marketing Analyst will support the flavor division through various marketing initiatives including market research, creation and delivery of trend presentations to customers, content writing for marketing collateral, metric reporting, and more. The candidate must be able to manage their workload with multiple projects going on simultaneously and organize their workload to meet deadlines.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Market Research
- Conduct market research on product and consumer trends in the food and beverage industry using data platforms, industry reports, social media, webinars, and more.
- Leverage insights to contribute to product and flavor ideation, customer presentations, and flavor trend campaigns.
- Identify new product opportunities through industry trend analysis, brand alignment, and GAP analysis of client flavor portfolios.
- Author bi-monthly flavor trend email campaigns to engage and inform customers.
- Presentations
- Develop and present PowerPoint presentations on market trends for customer meetings, industry conferences, and virtual events
- Work alongside Flavor Development and the Flavor Sales Team to collaborate on new product concepts, ingredients, and technologies
- Support customer requests via creation of marketing collateral for US and international accounts
- Present clients with innovative flavor and product ideas to maximize their current portfolios
- Metric Reporting and Tracking
- Track and analyze marketing campaign performance, including website traffic, email campaigns, and sample requests
- Generate quarterly marketing metrics reports to assess progress and impact
- Compile a comprehensive end-of-year marketing metrics report to summarize annual achievements
- Content Writing
- Write, edit, and distribute content (blog posts, press releases, and editorials) for B2B food and beverage industry professionals
- Strategize and develop creative content to direct online traffic to our website and social media pages, generating engagement and new leads
- Corporate Marketing Programs
- Address various Sales requests, including support for meetings
- Support research and launch of flavor collections
- Support tradeshow and event execution
- Write proposal submissions for speaking events
- Assist in executing company promotional events
- Setting up and assisting at tradeshow booths
Must Have
- Bachelor’s Degree
- A minimum of 3-5 years of relevant work experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Strong analytical and research skills with the ability to interpret market trends, organize data, and apply strategic insights effectively
- Comfortable with public speaking, you will be presenting directly to clients and internal teams
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
- Interest and enthusiasm to work in the food and beverage industry

Hours and Compensation:
- Regular business hours are 8-4:30pm
- 1 day work from home is possible
- Compensation commensurate with experience
- Some travel is required
